1. Silk Waters at Sunset
Silk explores the landscape as a tactile, embodied experience. Photographed at sunset, the series emerged from time spent moving through water and light as the day softened into evening.
As I entered the water, I became aware of a quiet shift — a sense of relief and calm I hadn’t realised I needed. The experience felt nourishing, almost like an exchange with the landscape itself.
These images attempt to hold that moment: the softness of light on water, the feeling of immersion, and the quiet care offered by the natural world.
